Temporary transfer
I am living at my mom’s, who is also an Xfinity customer. This is a temporary move for my own health reasons. I have a better Internet plan as I am an avid gamer. I cannot play with her plan as I keep crashing or losing signal. Can I transfer my plan to her house where I’m living and somehow put her account on hold?

Hello @user_6e20a2 and thank you for reaching out. If your mom also has XFINITY service, it sounds like you would benefit by increasing the internet tier speed to better accommodate your gaming needs. Do you know what speed tier you're on now? Are you hardwired into the modem or using WiFi?
