Temporary Cable
It is absoluetly ridcoulous that I cannot reach a live voice. The 800 # seems to think I am calling about an outage, when I'm not.
Xfinity was installed today. A temporary orange cable was placed in my yard due to damage to the original cable.
The installer advised that Ms. Utility would be out to survey the yard and the Xfinity would be back out to install a permanent cable. He stated that this all would just happen.
My property is fenced with locked gates. Ms. Utility and Xfinity just cant show up on a whim.
How can I get this work scheduled?

Hi there! @user_3148c7 Thanks for reaching out about your temporary cable line issue. If the submitting tech is aware, they should have noted on the request that access is needed. In those instances you would be contacted at the number on the account before we attempt any work. That number should be available to local utilities as well. In the event they are unable to gain access for any reason, there would be a door tag placed with details on a return date. I can check to see that an access issue is noted.
