Temp Cable Unburied for Months
We live in Rocky Point where our internet cable was cut by county road crews in June. It took weeks to get the service properly restored. That was finally achieved by a new, bright orange temporary line being installed which is currently laying through public property, our yard and our carport. We have been told multiple times since July that the work will be done in approx 7-14 days but if anyone shows up, it’s a tech to lay the line and they say they have to place a “special order”. Those never show up in the Xfinity app and when I call to have service escalated, tickets will be opened and closed within hours without the work ever being done. We have flagged the cable but it lies in areas likely to be cut by county road crews or for someone to trip over in our yard. Please help resolve this? Thank you!
