Technician request

I need a technician to come to my home to assist with modem installation and service connectivity. My landline phone has not worked since I hooked up my new modem and I do not have functioning wifi

Hi there! We’d be happy to help get everything up and running for you! Since your landline isn’t working after installing your new modem and you're also without WiFi, it sounds like we may need to check the setup to make sure everything is properly connected.

We can absolutely schedule a technician to come out and assist with the installation and service connectivity. Before we do, let's make sure we cover a few basics—have you tried rebooting the modem by unplugging it for about 60 seconds and then plugging it back in? Also, is the modem directly connected to the phone line for your landline service?

Yes and yes, but there is no dial tone and no service. I would prefer a technician come and make sure everything is set up correctly and figure out the problem

Nancy7020 I definitely understand why you would want a technician to install it. We can definitely get that set up for you. However, there will be aninstallationn charge added to your next bill.
