Requesting copy of technician report. Need to know if technician tested signal within my apartment.

In the future we ask that you please find the most appropriate public board for your question type and post it there. If needed, we may invite you to send us a Direct Message. It just helps other members of the community with similar issues to find the answers they need.

With that being said, we do not have a customer facing technician report to provide. We can perform an account review and further confirm the language used by the technician related to the visit. You could then provide that to your landlord, I'll follow up with you in our direct message conversation to facilitate this route.
