Technician problem
After 2 calls and attempts to fix my new Peacock Premium Plus I was told by the advanced tec Xfinity doesn’t have it. I tried to explain I do have it on my account and it works on my IPad NOT on tv’s. It shows purchased and I received an email welcoming me by Xfinity yesterday. He insisted you don’t offer it and insisted I call Peacock.
I am a Diamond customer and resent this Very Poor service !
