Technician cam to fix internet issue
So I couldn't get internet because the tenant before me messed up a bunch of cables so I had a technician come out. He figured a way to fix it by running the cable outside, however he used orange cable to connect to my apartment. I've never seen that, so is that normal?

Great question, @user_4kidsrcool. That orange cable is typically a temporary line that was run to get you connected as soon as possible. Once that is done we usually have another work order created to have the line buried. Have you received any notification about an underground line burial?
