Technical support

I'm on my 5th cable box and like the others, it randomly freezes and eventually goes down. Also, the channels randomly change with no action on my part.  To make matters worse, your [Edited: "Profanity"] AI bots keep me in an endless [Edited: "Inflammatory"] loop of nothingness.  I was on hold for an hour yesterday. When I finally reached someone, she informed me that I have to pay $100 to schedule a technician.  I'm at a loss for words for your inability to figure out a 3-year recurring problem.
