Technical problems

My WiFi buffers all the time.  Just started maybe 3 weeks ago.  Until then no issues.  I can not speak to a human for help.  All you do is run diagnostics and say it’s fine.  Well it’s not!!  I am about to cancel and get service with some other company. If this problem isn’t remedied
