My WiFi buffers all the time.  Just started maybe 3 weeks ago.  Until then no issues.  I can not speak to a human for help.  All you do is run diagnostics and say it’s fine.  Well it’s not!!  I am about to cancel and get service with some other company. If this problem isn’t remedied

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_yoet6q! Our team would love the opportunity to turn this experience around! Are you seeing the WiFi buffer on all devices or some devices?

Has the modem recently been relocated?

Are the WiFi bands split in your home?

With a wireless connection, there are numerous factors that can impact the results. Device specification, distance to the modem, walls/furniture between modem and device, etc. The 2.4 GHz provides a wavelength that can go through more walls and provide signals to devices further from the modem, the downside to this is slower speeds are generally received on a 2.4 Ghz connection. The 5.0 Ghz is designed to provide higher speeds to devices closer to the modem. It is recommended to connect stationary devices in the same room as the modem to the 5.0 GHz as other devices will lose signal a lot quicker the further you are from the modem.
