Tech without identification and uniform parked at handicap space

[Edited: "Personal Information"]
5/14, from noon to 1 p.m., your technician was working in our community providing the service to my neighboor in Camino del sol. He parked his truck in the parking space for people with disabilities. We respect the place where we live and we want people who visit us to respect us as well. There are a lot of available spots for guests. There was no signs that he was from your company, He wasn`t wearing uniform. His licence plates [Edited: "Personal Information"]
. White chevrolet Silverado. PLease make sure your technicians are uniformed and trucks have proper identification , as well as please ask them not to park at handicap parking spaces. THank you!

Good morning @user_rxxcfy, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issue with the tech parking in a handicap spot, that is definitely not the type of behavior we want our techs to demonstrate. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
