tech services

this service is ridiculous for the past three days nobody show up to my apartment to fix the problem. They told me from 4 to 7 from 4 to 6 from 4 to 7 again i am frustrated. You guys need to do a better service you guys need to improve and then they’re gonna call me after seven that they cannot reach the service tech like what the heck I have life I have to run some errands. What do you think? I’m just gonna waste my time

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
