tech rating survey; I never received the invite
The last tech that came out fixed my issues. He seemed to really want/need my feedback, as he reminded me more than once to complete the survey that Xfinity would invite me to do.
It's a week later and I have yet to receive that survey invitation via email or text message.
I told him I would give feedback, and he deserves recognition for the positive results of his visit, so is Xfinity going to send me that survey to let me keep my promise?
