tech never shows up

I have scheduled 3 appointments this week for a tech to come.  No one has shown up at any of them.  No one has called to say they weren't coming.  These have all been scheduled by a live chat agent.  It takes an average of 30 minutes for a tech agent schedule a freaking appointment, which is ridiculous.  There seems to be no point in trying to schedule another appointment since they never come anyway.  Should I file a complaint with the FCC?  Is there a way to get xfinity to explain and fix the problem?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

There could be a multitude of reasons as to why the appointments have been canceled, something as simple as the correct type of appointment not being scheduled can trigger a cancelation. This does not excuse any lack of communication throughout this process though, and I want to make sure that your preferred methods of contact are up-to-date. I will need to speak with you in direct message to make sure we get the right appointment scheduled, and so that we can figure out exactly what has been going on with the other appointments. Regardless of your previous experiences I am here to provide you with the support that you need. With that being said, please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), the service address associated with your account, and a brief summary of why the appointment is being requested.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
