Tech downgraded my box so no longer get 4k

Found my tv service not working. After hours on phone with tech, found out a routine maintenance done my Comcast’s resulted in a node not allowing my box to respond.  After 5 days tech showed up. Worked hour on outside equipment then replaced my 4k box.  Said he didn’t have one on truck so gave me regular box and said it would do 4k.     Service now slow and under decide setting and resolution, no option for 4k.     My service is now downgraded!   How do I get the right box like I had without having to wait another 5 days.

@XfinityAnthonyT I had the same problem. Went online and they couldn't help. Went to the store and they told me no more 4K boxes available. Called CS and they told me that they didn't have any, but I could have a tech come to my house and they are the only ones with 4K boxes. They came and said they don't have any and the only way you can get one is to call CS. I feel like a yoyo. ATT is supposedly so advanced but going back 2 versions of the DVR box is not helpful. The box is very slow and the picture looks like I have big smudges on my eyeglasses. Can you help me?
