Talk to a live agent

I want to talk to a live agent. Not some [Edit: "Language"] Ai. A real person. I have been trying to talk to someone for over an hour. Your ai chat bot [Edit: "Language"] and the ai on the phone is absolutely useless.

I have the same issue--been a Comcast customer for 29 years and your customer service is  now the worst in the industry.  I am looking into changing companies.  I am a Diamond member that gets me nothing.  It took me a act of God to get an agent 4 days ago and to get a technician scheduled.  Then i get a random call that my appt has changed, but the agent cannot find that it has.  I know Comcast is losing money but is this the way to keep what you have?

Yes, they said the phone call changin the time was a mistake but I have no confirmation from the technician—we will see if they show up in the original promised time.

Was able to talk to a real person by threatening to cancel. Just going to do that when I need to call.
