Tablet

I complained about my bill last April, and as a customer service, you sent me a free Tablet. Now your billing me for it!

Thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums @user_aypkt3.

I can certainly understand why this would be frustrating. If you were led to believe the tablet was being provided at no cost and are now seeing charges for it, I would have questions as well.

Promotional offers can sometimes have specific terms and conditions, but we'd be happy to review the details of your account and the tablet order to see exactly what was applied and why you're being billed.

If you'd like us to take a closer look, please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address. We'll be happy to review the account history and provide clarification on the tablet charges. We look forward to helping get this resolved for you.
