Switching to Internet Only
I am trying to change my service to Internet Only 500mbps at the best possible price but still stay with Xfinity if possible. I tried changing it over the phone but I had a hard time understanding the person I was talking to and the option he gave me was still extremely high with a two year contract. I could not do it online because the TV option that was bundled with my service would not let me. I don't mind the two year contract, if I can get a low enough price. I'm just trying to find out if the price he offered me was actually the best possible price, being a very long non contracted customer. If I can't get a plan that is significantly under $100 a month I may be forced to change to another service being as I am retired and money is tight. Thanks!
