Switch to unlimited data

I want to switch to unlimited data now that my contract is up but, when i try to switch it says it is unavailable ?

Hey @Jose140455, it is certainly not good to hear you are running into issues with adding unlimited data to your account. We want to ensure you have the coverage you need with your usage each month, so we'd love to help out with this! We did receive your private message from earlier, and we do ask that in the future you await our request to send that out like mentioned in the previous comment below. However, we're still eager to help out with this, so we'll be replying to you there shortly to get this taken care of!

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
