Switch and Remove Temporary Cable
Hey, I signed up with Xfinity two months ago, and they set up my connection with a temporary line running across my front yard. About a month ago, after the utility lines were marked, I saw an Xfinity crew come and finish laying an underground line to my house. I was told Xfinity would schedule someone to come back and switch out the temporary line and remove it. It's been about a month now, and no one has shown up. How do I get this sorted out? I really don't like that orange cable running above ground.
