Sweepstake Winner?

Okay, I see a Xfinity Forum 20th Anniversary Sweepstakes winner badge next to my user profile.

When I click on it, I get:

"Congratulations on being chosen as one of our Xfinity Forum 20th Anniversary Sweepstakes winners. We appreciate your sweepstakes submission and participation."

What does this mean?

Hello @user_txcv01, i understand how this can become frustrating, are you positive you are connected with the commercial free version at the moment?

I think you may have meant this to respond to my other recent comment (about Paramount+ commercials and bad performance).

I actually suspect, based on the bad bandwidth performance of Paramount+, that "Paramount+ Showtime" and "Paramount+" may, in fact, be separate and distinct channels.

If so, I can only say that such poor differentiation of channel names is quite confusing and should not be continued.

In any event, the bad bandwidth performance still needs to be addressed.

Not a problem, have you completed any troubleshooting tools or exchanged your modem yet?

Okay, I see a Xfinity Forum 20th Anniversary Sweepstakes winner badge next to my user profile. ...

It may be a leftover (bug) from June 2023. Or maybe you were a winner back then?
