Suspension notice

I’ve recd a second notice that I will have service suspension for unpaid payment. I visited your Williamsport store and they confirmed I am not in arrears. They aknowledged I wouldn’t have even rec’d my next bill yet. Is your receivables dept that poorly run or am I receiving a scam from someone representing xfinity?
