Does anyone know how to get a Xfinity Tech to come re-attached the cable to the house?  Wire is laying on our porch and is impacting my quality of service.

Call customer service and tell them your service is out or intermittent. If you tell them the cable is laying on the porch, it's a low priority. I've had to say it that way in order to get a tech out. Don't like to lie but it seems that's how to get a tech out on a timely manner.

I tied that but all the troubleshooting comes back as all good so they dont want to send anyone.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
