Super Annoyed with Xfinity

So I thought I was going to switch from ATT to Xfinity Mobile. I was on chat for nearly 2 hours, and the guy kept having me verify who I am and verify payment, and then I told him, "If it doesn't go through, forget about it." He said he talked to his team and my payment was verified. I have the entire chat emailed to me. He said he would update my email or cell phone, too.

I just received an email saying the order was canceled because I didn't verify my payment.

I am a Diamond Member and have never missed a payment in over 20+ years with Xfinity, and this is how I am treated. I work two jobs and do not have the time to deal with calling, waiting, and then getting someone who doesn't speak English and just repeats themselves. Worst customer service experience ever for Xfinity.
