Summer of Movies rewards never works
The free Summer of Movies offering never shows up in my rewards page to redeem. We have missed out on most of the Summer of Movies rewards because they are NEVER available in my rewards list. We have tried using the webpage and the app, but neither option fixes the issue. This is both frustrating and disappointing as it seems every week xFinity teases us with another ad for a "reward" that is never accessible due to whatever technical issue prevents it from correctly populating to select in the rewards list. Any help getting this fixed would be appreciated. I spoke with someone on the phone about this once before, but no fix was offered.

Hey @user_rzylu2, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. The Summer of Movies is definitely an awesome reward and I want to amke sure you can use it. They are only visible Friday through Sunday, is that when you were trying to redeem them? If so, I'd like to take a deeper look into your account if you can send us a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
