Suddenly unable to get specific channels

For the last two days I have not been able to get any PBS stations. I can not get any stations from Boston PBS and Rhode Island PBS. I have rebooted . Same result . It is listed under my plan. 
Suggestions?

I am getting a message saying there is trouble connecting and to try using the automated assistant. That was not helpful. Call support number and person who answered just kept trying selling me something.

I have tried rebooting the system to try to get the PBS stations from Boston and Rhode Island to work. This did not make any change the problem. I'm having started after power outage I believe.

@user_5wyssf Thank you for providing that error code. Is that on every channel? If not, can you tell me the specific channels you are seeing that error with?

I am actually having the same issue with the PBS stations for RI and Boston.  Those HD channels are 801, 802 and 819.  It is intermittent and my error codes are as follows:

For channels 801 and 819, the error code is XRE-03059

For channel 802, the error code is XRE-03062

This has been going on since mid-October.

Any suggestions?  Is Xfinity having issues broadcasting these channels?  Again, it is intermittent and only these PBS stations.

user_4l116e It sounds like you might need to do a System Refresh. It is really easy to do, just press the A button on your remote control, or visit the Help section in Settings. (Saying “System Refresh” into your Voice Remote will take you to step three.) Highlight the System Refresh tile, and press OK.

like I said, it is intermittent but still very frustrating, especially when you are in the middle of a program.  I also have 2 DTA adapter boxes for basic limited channels which I also seem to have the same issue, but the error code is different.

not sure if the refresh will help those.  I typically try to just change the channel to the non-hd one:  channel 2, 11, and 16, and those sometimes will work on my DTA boxes

well, that didn't work.  I guess I will just have to live with it, at this point.  Been doing that for the past 3 months and struggled for the last 2 weeks to obtain a replacement DTA box, since they appear to be going EOL and no longer supported.  But like I mentioned, I have limited basic and satisfied with just that, so I really didn't want to pay $12/box for each additional X1 HD box when I really don't need them for my other 2 TVs.
