Such a bad handling of customer

i have called comcast in nov 2024 and december 2024 ( as my current promotion is ending in Jan 2025) and I was assured the new promotion is applied to my account and i should not see a change in bill amount strting Jan 2025, I just got a bill that shows otherwise and i called back and the person was not only shouting at me , she was saying she is raising her voice as i couldnt hear...there is no understanding of my case and that i would cancel the service. i would never come back to comcast, Once i find a deal outside, this is the worst way to handle the customers after 4 calls to make sure i didnt want to cancel and move to a different service.

are you suggesting i need to contact the customer service again? ( I have been out of country for last couple of weeks so couldnt update) , Wanted to check back here , i am not sure contacting customer service would do anything.
