Student discount

Hi, I am already an Xfinity customer and qualify for the student discount of $25 for 300 Mbps and xFi complete. How do I add the student discount to my account?

Hi Xfinity,

I am moving for grad school and want to start a new student contract. I saw there is an offer at $25/month incl xFi gateway and offering a prepaid Mastercard. I want to make use of this offer. I visited https://www.xfinity.com/student and entered my personal and school information but the page does not redirect me to start a new contract and I have not received any information on the registered email address either. 

Furthermore, for personal support, I do not see the "Direct Message" button in the upper right corner of this page. Can you include screenshots to show me where I can find this button? 

How do I start a new student (internet only) contract?

user_715gmz We don't have access to the student offers on our team to be able to provide you with any student offers, but the main office of the school should have information on how to get them. Just to make sure you are doing it correctly, ifyou are looking to get a new customer offer make sure you aren't logged in to our website if you already have a user ID with any other xfinity account. That won't allow a new customer offer when logged in as that is for an exsisting account.
