Stuck at "ACP Application in Progress" since July 6th
I applied for the ACP through the national site, was approved by them, then filled out the Xfinity in early July that said I should hear more within 48 hours. On July 6th, I got two "order confirmation" emails that say my ACP application is in progress, but haven't heard anything since then. As of right now, the "My Plan" page also still just says "ACP Application in Progress." Is there something else I'm supposed to be doing?
