Storm Ready WiFi device order
I've tried to order it twice online, and I tried to purchase it today at an xfinity store in person (where they had them on display). In all cases, the reps were unable to actually complete the order. Strange that you'd advertise something you're unable to actually provide.

@hawkins_b. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to follow up, and provide the update of the order having errors. I would definitely like to investigate further, and help get an order placed for a Storm Ready WiFi device.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Hello, @hawkins_b. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinit Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for help in regard to the Storm Ready WiFi device. I definitely want to assist with this issue, and I'm hoping to gather a little more information.
When placing the order online, or with the agent at the store. Were there any error messages that was holding up the order from not being able to be completed?
