My outside box was damaged in a storm and needs to be replaced. I cannot reach a person, schedule a visit, or get anything done with the virtual assistant. So frustrating. I need that box replaced.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the upper right (left of the bell icon and it will say Direct Messaging when you hover over it). After clicking that, you will want to click on the pen/pad icon next, and lastly choose Xfinity Support. Thank you for taking the time to report this in our communities Forum.
@XfinityDaryl I will do that. Lots of hoops to jump through. I'm not pleased with how difficult this is.
