Store Pick Up
Does anybody know how long store pick up takes? I got the confirmation email about my order but it’s been several hours and nothing else. I also got a text saying it would be ready for pick up soon but nothing else.
any help is appreciated

Hey @user_Bunny, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums and for choosing Xfinity! Usually the order will be ready within an hour but you can go in anytime to pick it up and they'll just finish it for you. Our website here makes it easy to find the closest store as well as lets you schedule an appointment so you can skip the line.
