Hello @user_6kce51, and thanks for posting your concern on our Xfinity Community forums!
A bit more detail here would help us understand better where you may be having an issue with addressing your concerns. Some of the pages on our website for managing communications preferences don't have a 'Submit' button because each selection you make is an instant on/off selection that 'submits' immediately and automatically.
Without giving personal information can you provide us the link to the web page you are referring to, or a general screen snip, so we can better understand what you might be looking at?
