Stolen Router

Hi. I recently started an Xfinity Wifi plan and was being sent all the necessary equipment (i.e. router, etc.). I believe my router was stolen off my front porch. I contacted FedEx to find it but they were unable to. How can I go about getting sent another router? Thank you.

By visiting a local Xfinity Store, that would be the quickest way to submit a claim as well as get issued equipment immediately to start services. What services did you enroll in as each service may have a different process. If you would like to visit an Xfinity Store, our 'Xfinity Retail Store Locator and Xfinity Mobile Stores' support page will provide you with the closet locations and will allow you to schedule an appointment for faster service.
