Still have problems with connectivity

My connection is getting dropped several times a day. I have been through trobleshooting on website, also connected on Reddit. Still crap -- several times a day. Please send new equipment.

If you want to get a new modem, the quickest way to do that would be to bring your current device and power cord over to your local XFINITY store for an exchange.
