Still a problem and no notification of a reply

I posted that I sign in, click on My Account, and get a black page with three little dots bouncing but nothing else happens.  ComcastMorgan replied to ask about helping -- but I never received notification that anyone had replied, so the posting is now marked "Closed".  Another Comcast customer also commented on having exactly the same problem as mine (we both have Firefox browsers), but no notification of that response, either.  My settings say I should get notice of any replies or comments to my postings at an alternate email address that is active and working AND has always gotten notifications from Comcast.  Notifications are no longer coming through to there, either.

Happy to say that I can now access my account info.  I still get the black page and bouncing dots, but it does switch over to my account info within a short time.  Case closed for me, I hope for that for others on that issue.  I still receive no notifications (email) when there's been a comment or reply to my posting.  Unless I happen to check back here, I have no idea of any answer from Comcast or anyone else.

There are still a number of "Bugs" on the Comcast Site and forum (new computer programing company being used). A lot depends on which browser is being used.

Depending on browser used we see different problems. Some OE here will likely reply soon.

To: MNtundraRET --

I sent a posting a month ago about having trouble reaching My Account (someone else with my same browser, Mozilla Firefox, posted the exact same problem).  You wrote at the time, "There are still a number of "Bugs" on the Comcast Site and forum (new computer programing company being used). A lot depends on which browser is being used.  Depending on browser used we see different problems. Some OE here will likely reply soon."

No one has ever addressed this as yet; no OE has replied.  Anything?  Please?

Greetings, @Harry3667! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave another post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your 'My Account' page, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Are you only having this issue with the Firefox browser, or is this happening on every browser?

ComcastJamesH -- Hello, and thank you for replying.  Yes, still unable to get easily into my account information.  When I log in, then click on "My Account", I get a black page with three dots in the middle that bounce around, but nothing ever develops.  As I said, another customer had made the same complaint, same browser.  I have only Firefox, and that is all I'll use.  By the way, I found your message only because I happened to check here.  No notification that I had any messages.  That's another problem I've had for a while, and another complaint I've seen before.  Thank you for replying.  Hope it's fixed soon.

Thanks for reaching out to us here with these great details, the My Account app is the main outlet to take complete control of your Xfinity experience so I know how important it is to have access. I've been with the company over 8 years working on issues just like this one, with my experience it sounds like there may be an issue with the browser you're using. The Xfinity site works best with Google Chrome but should work almost as well on Firefox and I.E. Do you have anther device that you can use to log in with?

I no longer work for Comcast.

I just happened to check back here and found your reply, MNtundraRET; thank you.  I hope something is done about this soon.  By the way, I found my way into my Comcast email account and found the replies to my first post on this under SPAM.  Still no replies under my confirmed alternate email address.  When something works (which it used to), I wish they'd leave things along.  What good is Account Information when it can't be reached?  Thank you again.
