SSL certificate Error | No Answer from SPA Xfinity support

I have sent multiple form submissions to https://spa.xfinity.com/report to report a website I am not able to access consistently. They say they'll answer in 3 business days but they do not. Has anyone had success with this form?

The issue comes up as an SSL certificate error but the SSL is valid and graded A by SSL tools.

@user_5dm3g3 We know that it is important to access the sites you need, and we want to ensure that you can get assistance with this. The request to unblock a website won't always be completed if our Advanced Security Assurance team views the site as something that still needs to be blocked. However, if you have submitted multiple reports without an update, we'd like to see what options we have for getting an update on the status of this! Can you send out team a direct message with your full name, address, and the site you are looking to unblock so we can further assist with this? To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
