Sprinkler line cut

Our sprinkler line was cut when our cable was buried. I don’t have an option to direct message support.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, and I'd love to see what our team can do to help! While we do have access to submit tickets for these types of issues, you should also be able to submit one quickly and directly through the Xfinity Assistant. Have you tried that yet?

It was wildly unhelpful. It seems to only have canned responses and doesn’t know how to handle my issue.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
