Spotty connections

My connections to some networks are spotty! I cannot post, make comments, like, etc. on Substack and  

I have lost some connections with Youtube!  Everything was fine yesterday morning but I'm having  problems with the internet today and yesterday afternoon!  Could it be the outside lines due to recent storms? Or something else?  Do I need new equipment or a new computer? Do I have to call Xfinity? Thanks.

Not sure. I do have two computers but I have been using only my Chromebook lately! I would have to check my desktop. (Microsoft/Windows) But why are my buttons disappearing on Substack? I can't post, make comments, etc!

I have tried my settings. But maybe I need a new router? Or to reset my router? I'll have to have my son check out my router. I also watched a short Xfinity video on YouTube!  Some connections are spotty on YouTube and other networks! I am wondering if I was blocked on Substack? I had sent them an email message but it was blocked! How can I contact Substack without being blocked?

@KIT-KAT1 I appreciate you giving that a try. Please clear cache and cookies in your browser, close your browser, then reopen and let me know if you're seeing the same issue. If you need help clearing cache and cookies, let me know which browser you're using and I can send you instructions.

I just cleaned out the cookies. It might be my Wi-Fi! Or the outside lines. We recently had a storm that knocked out the power! Now, it seems I'm having a problem with my emails! (can't get codes!). (error message) I give up!
