Spoofed Call from Xfinity

Received a “call back” from Xfinity on 02.27.26. The callers voice was somewhat disguised. I think they did something either with, or to my phone. They were trying to figure out how I could order an Apple watch for 300 off and even waive the ten dollar fee. My phone got hot during the call but because they really didn’t request any private information, I wasn’t that concerned. I don’t know what they did.

I am sorry about the issue with the call you received, but I am glad that they did not get any personal information if it was a phishing attempt. Had you previously reached out to us about anything prior to getting this call?
