The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_9hckhn, and thank you for sharing those speed test results here on our Xfinity Community forums.

I can certainly understand your concern when you're subscribing to a 500 Mbps plan and seeing speeds that are significantly lower than expected.

While the speeds you're reporting do indicate that further investigation is warranted, it's important to note that those results alone don't conclusively identify the drop line as the source of the problem.

Reduced speeds can be caused by a variety of factors, including signal levels, provisioning, equipment performance, network conditions, or conditions within the home network.

We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account and review the connection for any indicators that may point to a signal, equipment, or line-related issue, and assist you with ensuring they are addressed accordingly.

Please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address, and we can further investigate this for you.
