Specific reward not showing

I received an email for a specific reward and it has a link to redeem it in the email.  When I click the link it brings me to my rewards page but the reward isn't there.  What gives?

never mind.....it wasn't showing as 'all gone' on the website but it is in the xfinity app.  disappointing since i just tried for the award within a few hours of getting the email.

Good morning @rpf75, and thanks for confirming that the reward was listed as all gone. Our limited time rewards tend to go pretty fast, so I'd recommend trying to claim them once you see the email or notification. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Xfinity is cheating out on rewards. I've been using the rewards for several years.For the last month new rewards show up grayed out (no longer available). One rewards was Jurassic Park tickets, one was some kind of sweet treat and the other was $10 towards an Amazon book. It is unacceptable to me that these rewards never show up until they're gone. I spend a ridiculous amount of money every month on my Comcast bill and now your too cheap to include rewards?!?! It's just one more good reason to cut all ties and get the fiber optic cable available from another provider. Cheap cheap cheap!!

I know that some of our past offerings are really popular such as the Jurassic World Rebirth tickets, Perplexity AI subscriptions, Call of Duty, and more. Some rewards are limited and available on a first come, first served basis until depleted. There is no set schedule on when rewards may be dropped and released, so we recommend taking a look every so often to see if anything new is available.
