Speaking to a live person

I am trying to get through on the customer service phone line and I need to speak to a live representative. How do I get to a real human, not the automated message?

Hello user_fh8p0g , We can certainly take a look at the account and see what is going on with missing streaming. What issue were the 3 techs coming out to the address to fix?
