Speak with a Representative Regarding Call Log History

I need to speak with a representative to find out how to get access to call and message logs from my phone (Xfinity Mobile) for the months of August through December 2025. Online I can only access November 24th to the present, despite xfinity's assertion that records of calls are accessible for the last ninety (90) days. I need access to this information for legal purposes.

jamesmrj Hello there! Thanks for using our Forums as a tool to get in contact with our Xfinity Support Team. We are here to help you access those records and to assist with anything else. Can you please shoot us over a DM with your name and address to get started?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
