We have a property in Coconut Creek, Fl. and it's link fenced all around. Unfortunately in my back yard there is an Xfinity cable distribution box not only for my cables, but also for my neighbors. Long sections of the cables were left lay down on the grass, which is easy to trip on them creating a big Liability for Xfinity, on top of that we had a chain with a padlock on the gate entrance an some technicians were jumping over the fence to get to the box, damaging the fence and another one , apparently was carrying a Bolt Cutter and cut off the padlock to get in. That is called "Trespassing" I would appreciate you ask a Field Supervisor to get in touch with me before I get Legal Help. [Edited: Personal Information]

I see the instructions: "Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page." What "chat icon?" I've tried three different browsers and there still isn't a chat icon in the upper right corner of the page.
@user_58ba3d There should be an icon of a message box in the upper right-hand corner you would need to click to start a DM. You can also try clicking this link.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
