speak with a live person

I have been on chat for more than seven hours. The agents keep changing and they cannot solve the problem or get a tech scheduled. How do I get to speak to a real live person on a phone line?

I was on a chat on Sunday for more than 7 hours. I was told a technician would come out at no charge. The technician came on Wed, May 14th and fixed some outside cables the Xfinity subcontractor installed INCORRECTLY and then he confirmed that I had fixed the install problem myself. Your "technical" people on the chat never suggested changing from WP3 to WP2 which is what I FIGURED OUT MYSELF.  I was told the tech visit was "no charge" but now I am being charged for the visit. I really do hate Xfinity with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns.
