speak to a human

How in the world can I speak to a real HUMAN!

I just moved into my new home. I had an appointment for a service tech he arrived my son greeted him.  The tech walked around the house and then left without any notice. He canceled my appointment.  I can't get a hold of a live HUMAN!  I am frustrated with your service and honesty am considering just cancelling all together.
