SPEAK to a customer service agent regarding email issue

I am not receiving invitations emails from Evite for over a year now.  Evite states the problem is at Xfinity's end; Xfinity claimed this was not the case back in May of 2023.  How does one speak to a LIVE agent these days?  Can't find a phone number for troubleshooting my email account.

Hey @qssg, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums about your email issue. We definitely don't want you missing your emails and I'd love to help. Have you already checked to make sure there isn't a spam filter or email filter causing them to be blocked? If not our website here walks you through it.
