“Sorry this isn’t working right now!”

Can’t pay my bill, been doing this for weeks.

complained about mystery charges without prior disclosure on my bill and this starts, crazy coincidence! stop calling me 3 times a day [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"]. if my internet is shut off, I receive additional late fees, or any other fun Xfinity surprise I will be [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. I didn’t sign up to have unreliable internet that tries to scam me, I’ve literally never had a worse customer service experience. I’m not paying over the phone, or in cash, FIX THE WEBSITE and stop calling me with [Edited: "Inflammatory"].
