Someone is using my account information

There is so someone that signed into my account that I can not sign out! Then I’m getting a bunch of emails saying I applied for different accounts and loans I did NOT apply for! This needs to be fixed immediately! My services have been acting weird WiFi not responding. I need some answers immediately!

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

The concern is not "Xfinity COMPLIMENTS" related............. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
